Monstera Obliqua 'Peru' (Swiss Cheese Vine)

Obliqua Peru features elegant, lance shaped leaves that develop an astonishing number of holes as the plant matures, often appearing more hole than leaf! Its vining nature makes it a stunning feature plant, perfect for trailing from a high shelf or encouraging to climb a moss pole, which will reward you with even larger and more fenestrated leaves.

Perfect for                  A feature plant on a bright shelf or climbing a moss pole.

Water required           Let the top 1-2 inches of soil dry out. Prefers to stay moist, not     waterlogged.

Light required            Thrives in bright, indirect light. Direct sun will scorch the leaves.

Humidity                    Requires high humidity. A humidifier or regular misting is ideal.

Toxicity                     Toxic to pets and humans if ingested.

Origin                        Peru, South America.

Grows to                   Up to 2 metres in length or height if climbing.

Pot size tip                 Choose a pot cover with a 12cm opening.
